Modification and Cancellation Fees:

In case of modification, cancellation and no show, the charges will be made towards The Guests:
We will take a 1,000 baht charge per person or equivalent for any modification, cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival. (Fix fee)
We will charge 20% of package price for any modification, cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival.
We will charge 35% of package price for any modification, cancellation made between 14 and 7 days before arrival.
We will charge 50% of package price for any modification, cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival.
We will charge 75% of package price for any modification, cancellation and no show made in 1 day before arrival.
Cancellation after using services will not be refund

This condition sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between Thai Orchid Service and The Guests.
